Processing Time

  • Processing time for all orders is 2-7 business days. This includes time for production and quality checks.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped out to you.
    • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (U.S. orders)
    • Express shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S. orders)
    • International shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as local customs, holidays, or weather-related delays. We recommend checking with the carrier for any updated shipping information once your tracking number is available.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

International Shipping

  • In the near future, we will offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping times can vary and may take longer due to customs and import regulations.
  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
  • You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • We can only accept order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the production process will have already begun, and we will not be able to modify or cancel the order.
